- All parcels require a signature on delivery. If you are not there to sign for your parcel, Australia Post will issue a collection slip for you to locate your parcel at the closest Post Office.

Tacoola wants our customers to be satisfied with their purchases and are happy to offer an exchange for a different size or style on all full priced items for store credit only provided that:
- Items are returned within 7 days of purchase.
- All items must be in original condition, including the original packaging.
- Tags and hygiene stickers must remain in place and will not be accepted if removed.
- No damage torn on our vintage denim distressing while trying on
- The item was not purchased as a sample.
- Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.
